Description

This type of adaptor is designed to connect an MDPE pipe to a flanged valve, pump, or other equipment. It consists of a flanged ring that is bolted onto the equipment and a compression fitting that is connected to the MDPE pipe. The compression fitting is inserted into the flanged ring and tightened using bolts, creating a secure and leak-proof connection.

Made from high-quality polypropylene material, this fitting is resistant to corrosion and impact damage, making it ideal for use in industrial, commercial, and residential applications.

Installation

  1. Insert a pipe liner into the pipe
  2. Loosen the retaining nut without removing it to ensure easy insertion
  3. Gently insert the pipe into the fitting making sure to push past the o-ring seal
  4. Tighten the nut by hand then finish with a strap wrench
