An MDPE compression ball valve is used to control the flow rate of liquids and to connect two lengths of medium density polyethylene (MDPE) pipe together in a water distribution system.

Made from high-quality polypropylene material, this valve is resistant to corrosion and impact damage, making it ideal for use in industrial, commercial, and residential applications.

Installation

  1. Insert a pipe liner into the pipe
  2. Loosen the retaining nut without removing it to ensure easy insertion
  3. Gently insert the pipe into the fitting making sure to push past the o-ring seal
  4. Tighten the nut by hand then finish with a strap wrench
  5. Move the handle of the valve to the on/off position as required
